“One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain. So hit me with music.” -Bob Marley
I first heard “Six and Twelve String Guitar” when I was 18 years old. It’s still one of my all time favorite albums. Then I heard him play “Little Martha” by Duane Allman of the Allman Brothers. Kottke plays it with that beautiful stomping baseline that is so characteristic of Leo Kottke. So fluid, so smooth, but so strong. So I learned how to play Little Martha. Ended up playing it, and played it pretty well. I’ve since forgotten how, though. Need to pick that guitar back up soon. In the meantime, Happy Sunday.

Now notice something: Trust in a coach, mentor, or guide helps you see what's in front of you. We see a Coach for Your Heart a little like an emotional Sherpa, somebody that helps you climb your mountain by pointing out where to best step along the path.
